防尘防水试验

  对于可便携式、户外用以及汽车电子均有防尘防水测试要求，在国际上不论是IEC、MIL或ETS以及SAE均有制订相对应的测试要求。

IEC/EN60529或GB/T 4208防尘分为7个等级

等级0: 完全无防尘保护

等级 1: 可保护避免直径大于50㎜之异物掉入设备内(IP1X)

等级 2: 可保护避免直径大于12.5㎜之异物掉入设备内(IP2X)

等级 3: 可保护避免直径大于2.5㎜之异物掉入设备内(IP3X)

等级 4: 可保护避免直径大于1.00㎜之异物掉入设备内(IP4X)

等级 5: 不能完全防止尘埃进入，但进入的灰尘量不得影响设备的正常运行，不得影响安全(IP5X)

等级 6: 完全防尘,尘密状态(IP6X)

IEC/EN60529 or GB/T 4208 Dust prevention is divided into 7 levels

Level 0: completely without dust protection

Level 1: It can protect and prevent foreign matters with a diameter greater than 50 ㎜ from falling into the equipment (IP1X)

Level 2: It can protect and prevent foreign matters with a diameter greater than 12.5 ㎜ from falling into the equipment (IP2X)

Level 3: It can protect and prevent foreign matters with a diameter greater than 2.5 ㎜ from falling into the equipment (IP3X)

Level 4: It can protect and prevent foreign matters with a diameter greater than 1.00 ㎜ from falling into the equipment (IP4X)

Level 5: The dust can not be completely prevented from entering, but the amount of dust entering shall not affect the normal operation of the equipment and safety (IP5X)

Level 6: completely dustproof, dust tight (IP6X)

等级 0: 完全防水无保护

等级 1: 垂直方向滴水应无有害影响(IPX1)

等级 2: 外壳的各垂直面在15°范围内倾斜时，垂直滴水应无有害影响(IPX2)

等级 3: 各垂直面60°范围内淋水，无有害影响(IPX3)

等级 4: 向外壳各方向溅水无有害影响(IPX4)

等级 5: 向外壳各个方向喷水无有害影响(IPX5)

等级 6: 向外壳各个方向强烈喷水无有害影响(IPX6)

等级 7: 浸入规定压力的水中经规定时间后外壳进水量不致达到有害程度(IPX7)

等级 8: 按生产厂和用户双方同意的条件（应比等级 7严酷）持续潜水后外壳进水量不致达有害程度(IPX8)

Level 4: No harmful effect when splashing water in all directions of the housing (IPX4)

Level 5: No harmful effect when spraying water in all directions of the enclosure (IPX5)

Level 6: No harmful effects caused by strong water spraying in all directions of the enclosure (IPX6)

Level 7: After immersion in the water with specified pressure for a specified time, the water inflow into the shell will not reach a harmful level (IPX7)

Level 8: According to the conditions agreed by the manufacturer and the user (which should be more severe than Grade 7), the water inflow of the enclosure will not reach harmful level after continuous diving (IPX8)
