UV老化测试
UV老化测试适用于非金属材料的耐阳光和人工光源的老化试验。试验模拟阳光、潮湿和温度对材料的破坏作用;材料老化包括褪色、失光、强度降低、开裂、剥落、粉化和氧化等。紫外光老化试验箱通过模拟阳光、冷凝、模仿自然潮湿,试样在模拟的环境中试验几小时甚至几天的时间,可再现户外可能几个月或几年发生的损坏。
阳光中的紫外线是造成大多数材料耐久性能破坏的主要因素。我们使用紫外灯来模拟阳光中的短波紫外部分,它产生很少的可见光或红外光谱能量。我们可以根据不同的测试要求选择不同波长的UV紫外灯,因为每种灯在总的紫外线辐照能量和波长都不一样。
在紫外光耐气候测试中,紫外灯的荧光紫外等可以再现阳光的影响,冷凝和水喷淋系统可以再现雨水和露水的影响。在整个的测试循环中,温度都是可控的。

UV aging test
UV aging test is applicable to the aging test of non-metallic materials against sunlight and artificial light source. The test simulates the destructive effect of sunlight, humidity and temperature on materials; Material aging includes fading, light loss, strength reduction, cracking, peeling, pulverization and oxidation. The ultraviolet light aging test chamber can reproduce the damage that may occur in months or years outdoors by simulating sunlight, condensation, and natural humidity, and by testing samples in a simulated environment for hours or even days.
The ultraviolet ray in sunlight is the main factor that causes the damage to the durability of most materials. We use ultraviolet lamps to simulate the short wave ultraviolet part of sunlight, which generates little visible or infrared spectral energy. We can choose different wavelength UV lamps according to different test requirements, because each lamp has different total UV radiation energy and wavelength.
In the ultraviolet weather resistance test, the fluorescent ultraviolet of the ultraviolet lamp can reproduce the influence of sunlight, and the condensation and water spray system can reproduce the influence of rain and dew. During the whole test cycle, the temperature is controllable.
