振动测试

振动试验是仿真产品在运输(Transportation)、安装(Installation)及使用(Use)环境中所遭遇到的各种振动环境影响，本试验是模拟产品在运输、安装及使用环境下所遭遇到的各种振动环境影响，用来确定产品是否能承受各种环境振动的能力。
    最常使用振动方式可分为正弦振动及随机振动两种。正弦振动是实验室中经常采用的试验方法，以模拟旋转、脉动、震荡（在船舶、飞机、车辆、空间飞行器上所出现的）所产生的振动以及产品结构共振频率分析和共振点驻留验证为主，其又分为扫频振动和定频振动两种，其严苛程度取决于频率范围、振幅值、试验持续时间。随机振动则以模拟产品整体性结构耐震强度评估以及在包装状态下的运送环境，其严苛程度取决于频率范围、GRMS、试验持续时间和轴向。

Vibration test is to simulate various vibration environmental impacts of products in transportation, installation and use environments. The most commonly used vibration modes can be divided into sinusoidal vibration and random vibration. Sinusoidal vibration is a test method often used in the laboratory. It mainly simulates the vibration generated by rotation, pulsation, vibration (occurring on ships, aircraft, vehicles, and space vehicles), as well as the resonance frequency analysis of product structures and the verification of resonance point residence. It can be divided into sweep frequency vibration and constant frequency vibration. Its severity depends on the frequency range, amplitude value, and test duration. Random vibration is used to simulate the evaluation of the shock resistance strength of the integral structure of the product and the transportation environment in the packaging state. Its severity depends on the frequency range, GRMS, test duration and axial direction.
